Outdoor space on the Lodge patio. Patio use is not exclusive.
CURRENT RENTAL BASICS
Know the starting point.
These are the current baseline terms. Final availability, requirements and pricing are confirmed in the rental agreement.
$5004-hour minimum rental
$50each additional hour
$250deposit to hold an approved date
2 hoursadditional setup time allowed
Food: Outside food requires written Lodge approval. Lodge-contracted vendors have first right of refusal.
Alcohol: No outside alcohol may be brought onto Lodge property. The Lodge retains the exclusive right to provide alcoholic beverages.
Security: Security begins at $100 for events with 49+ guests and may increase based on attendance.
Insurance: Liability insurance may be required depending on the event.
